Nothing is sent anywhere and nobody asks for your email, so you can sit with the numbers as long as you want before you talk to anyone.
A calculator tells you the arithmetic. It does not know which program fits your file, what a seller might cover, or what your closing costs will actually come to in Kent County. Those are the parts worth asking about, and asking is free.
